Storage and Handling:

Upon arriving home, refrigerate immediately. Fresh mushrooms should be used as soon as possible.
If packaged, to prolong storage, remove outer plastic wrap and cover with a paper towel. If purchased in bulk, for best results, place in a paper bag to reduce moisture absorption. |

|
Can be used in recipes specifying white button mushrooms or in combination with white buttons to add variety. Use raw with dips or in a salad. Sauté, braise or grill to serve as a side dish or to enrich sauces, soups, stuffing and entrées. |
