Storage and Handling:
Upon arriving home, refrigerate immediately. Fresh mushrooms should be used as soon as possible.

If packaged, to prolong storage, remove outer plastic wrap and cover with a paper towel. If purchased in bulk, for best results, place in a paper bag to reduce moisture absorption.
Suggested Usage:
Serve whole or sliced, grilled, baked or deep-fried as an appetizer, side dish or entrée or add to stir-frys, sautés and sauces.
