Mushroom Hamburger Dijon
Form beef into 2 patties.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in 8-10 inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat to desired doneness; remove and keep hot.
Reduce heat to medium.
Deglaze pan with wine.
Stir in mustard and tarragon.
Add mushrooms.
Cook about 5 minutes, tossing occasionally, until mushrooms are tender.
